1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Petek Atelier JSC, trading as Terra Nova, at 4/F, 37 Dong Khoi Street, Saigon Ward, HCMC. Our contact point for personal data matters is Ms. Nhi Nguyen, at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

When you submit a project enquiry: your name, company, email, phone or Zalo, role, area of interest and the project description you type. When you leave a blog comment: your name, email and the comment — your email is never shown publicly. We also record the moment you tick the consent box and which version of this policy applied, so that consent can be evidenced.

We do not request sensitive data, identity document numbers, or payment details on this website. Please do not enter such information in the free-text project field.

Traffic measurement: to learn which pages are useful, we count page views with our own system, not Google Analytics or any third-party service. Each view stores the page path, the time, the referring domain (for example google.com), campaign tags if present in the link, device type (desktop or mobile), country and display language. No IP address, no name, no cookies. A random session identifier is kept in the browser's session storage and is deleted when you close the tab; it is not linked to your identity. When you submit a project enquiry, the pages you viewed in that session are attached to the enquiry so that we can answer the question you were actually researching.

3. Basis and purpose

The only basis is your consent, given by ticking the confirmation box before submitting. Without it the form does not submit and we store nothing.

Purposes: responding to your enquiry, preparing quotations, supporting specification, and managing the project relationship. We do not use your details for bulk marketing and we do not build behavioural profiles.

4. Who has access

We do not sell your information. Internally, only our sales and project staff can see it. Where needed to fulfil your request — for example obtaining a manufacturer quotation — we share your contact details and enquiry with the relevant brand or supply partner.

5. Where your data is stored

We state this plainly so you know before you consent: the data you submit is stored and processed on infrastructure located outside Vietnam.

The website and database run on Cloudflare (United States). Contact details are kept in our in-house CRM, also on Cloudflare; during the transition period a copy may still be synced to Zoho Bigin (servers outside Vietnam). Notification emails go through Resend and Microsoft 365. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads. We run no advertising tags, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

The whole site runs on HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted in transit. The admin area has its own access control and is not indexed by search engines.

6. How long we keep it

Project enquiries: kept for at most 36 months from our last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Blog comments: kept until you ask us to remove them. Anonymous traffic data: kept for at most 24 months for seasonal comparison, then deleted. If the relationship leads to a contract, related records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. If you ask us to delete earlier, we delete earlier.

7. Your rights

Under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to: know what we process; access your data; have it corrected; have it deleted; withdraw consent you have given; object to or restrict processing; obtain a copy of your data; and lodge a complaint or claim as provided by law.

How to exercise them: email [email protected] stating what you want. For withdrawal of consent we respond within 2 working days. Other requests are handled within 72 hours. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand.

8. Changes to this policy

Each revision changes the version number and effective date at the top of this page. We record which version you consented to when you submitted your form. If a change widens the scope of processing, we will ask for consent again rather than apply it silently.
