Dong Tam Window is a member of the Dong Tam Group, producing aluminium and uPVC windows, glass walls, façades, sun-shading louvres, balustrades and glass roofs. The plant operates a large production area under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system. The catalogue is split into Economy, Standard and Plus tiers, with the Plus tier using international thermal-break aluminium systems for projects demanding high thermal performance.

The range published on the brand's site covers 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-panel folding-sliding doors; double casement doors; outward-opening casement, top-hung and sliding windows; plus glass walls and curtain wall. Hardware is supplied matched to the system rather than sourced piecemeal.

The plant runs aluminium and uPVC fabrication lines from Yilmaz (Turkey) and Elumatec (Germany). uPVC corners use a reinforced-core welding method, then machine corner-crimping with a dedicated adhesive; the manufacturer states this doubles corner rigidity versus standard welding. On large openings and multi-panel folding sliders, the corner joint is exactly what fails first after a few years.

The door products carry conformity certification to QCVN 16:2014/BXD, with a quality management system to ISO 9001:2015 — enough paperwork for a handover file.
