Ultrazip Outdoor Blinds

An outdoor roller blind running in twin aluminium side guides with a bottom bar, keeping the fabric face stable under wind. Three operating configurations: a manual spring system requiring no power, an A-OK or Dooya motor with remote control, and a dual system pairing a motor with a manual crank bypass. Fabric porosity is specified at 0% or 1% and the pelmet housing has an LED-integrated option — for balconies, terraces and outdoor seating areas.

Awning

An outdoor canopy available fixed or retractable, built from 4mm fire-rated PVDF-coated Aluminium Composite Panel or solid polycarbonate sheet. The ACP construction places a modified polyethylene core between two non-flammable aluminium skins, which suits projects where fire-rated materials are specified. Used over entrances, rear yards, terraces and outdoor seating.

Aluminium Louvre

An aluminium louvre system fitted across balcony openings, operating as a sliding or bi-fold assembly. Two infill options are offered: fixed fins, or adjustable oval-section blades that regulate sun and sightlines through the day. It blocks rain, sun and wind while retaining natural cross-ventilation, which suits balconies intended to work as usable space all day.

Solaire Film

A glass-applied solar control film in the Nano Ceramic Plus series, using inorganic pigments blended with Cesium and Tungsten Oxide ceramics for heat rejection in place of conventional heat-rejection chemicals. The result is lower haze and glare, preserving glass clarity. The substrate is high-grade PET film from makers such as Toray of Japan, offered in eight visible light transmittance levels from 5% to 70% so each facade can be matched to its orientation and sightline requirements.
