Awning
An outdoor canopy available fixed or retractable, built from 4mm fire-rated PVDF-coated Aluminium Composite Panel or solid polycarbonate sheet. The ACP construction places a modified polyethylene core between two non-flammable aluminium skins, which suits projects where fire-rated materials are specified. Used over entrances, rear yards, terraces and outdoor seating.
<p>Legate awnings come in two forms: fixed, permanently installed and not adjustable; and retractable, extended or drawn in as shading needs change through the day.</p><h3>Panel materials</h3><p>The manufacturer's recommended option is fire-rated Aluminium Composite Panel: a modified polyethylene core enclosed by non-flammable aluminium layers on both faces. The 4mm PVDF-coated build is offered in five standard colours. The alternative is solid polycarbonate sheet, lightweight yet high in strength with good UV and rain resistance, available plain or embossed.</p>
